Unos 150 discapacitados iniciaron ayer una huelga de hambre a la intemperie en los alrededores de la Plaza de Armas de La Paz, sede del poder Ejecutivo y Legislativo, para presionar a los congresistas a que aprueben una ley de subsidios.
