BELGIUM. The multinational pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline poured
in the Belgian city of Rixensart 45 liters of a liquid contaminated
with the virus of poliomyelitis in Lasne river due to "human error
during vaccine production." The incident took place on Sept. 2.
Health officials advise people who had contact with the river between Tuesday and Friday at noon to keep in touch with your doctor.
